Update on Emily 10/04
Emily's Oncologist (cancer Doctor) at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston Texas, says Emily was diagnosed with "Rhabdomyosarcoma”, a life threatening illness, in May 2004. Due to the grave nature of her illness, it is important that her treatment team at Texas Children's Hospital follow Emily very closely. Emily is currently undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. She will be in and out of the hospital for at least the next year. Emily's condition remains guarded!
