Thank You Jesica! For all you've meant to everyone, for all your precious life stood for, and for being you to the very end.
On February 22, 2003 Jesica Santillan passed away. She fought a hard battle to remain with us and we are saddened beyond words and find it hard even now to express our sorrow at her passing. She will always be loved by all of us here at JHC and we know that her legacy will live on in the help that JHC will provide to other children with catastrophic illness. Before the end of her life, her struggle touched the world. Jesica was our namesake and we will never forget her, we hope you won't either. Please consider becoming an organ donor to give the gift of life to others in need. Make sure you talk with your family about your decision, in the end they will be the ones to make the final decision.
